Came to Lake Toho on a mission🫡💯🎣

My 3rd mlf tournament turned out great! I caught my limit within the 1st 3 hours of fishing and started culling the smaller bass immediately after.

Flipping and pitching thick grass played a HUGE factor in my success. Every bass but one came off of the @netbait Rascal Craw and the @netbait Bopper Worm. My biggest bass came off the the evo chatterbait paired with the @netbait Whiptail Shad trailer

Due to me having a boater that didn’t take the tournament seriously in last month’s event, we didn’t catch anything and it caused me to drop to number 93 in the standings among other co anglers but I took that L to the chin and fought back 🦍

I fished hard today and climbed from 93 up to 69 in the standings. There’s no room for excuses sometimes you just have to get it out the mud. There are 2 more events left this season and I must make it to the top 45 if I want to make regional

If I keep grinding and keep moving up the leaderboards at this pace I have no choice but to make it and you best to believe ima do everything in my power to make it happen!

Merry Christmas!🎄🎁 This pic was the beginning of a new journey, my first true big fish on a jig if i told you there were
big fish in your pond would you think I'm lying? I use to feel like there weren't any big bass left in any of my local pressured ponds due to people keeping all of them. I've fished some pressured spots for yearsssss without any success or anything bigger than a dink. But all of that changed in 2021 when I started to expand my fishing techniques and trying new things and working on improving every time I hit the water... I caught this bass on a lure i hated the most, a jig! It took me a few trips of skunking out with the jig but once I hooked into this fish, i was hooked onto jigs for life. Now it's one of my go to baits 💯🎣

If you’re going to be the man of the house, then you must know how to feed your family 💯 I took a break from the bass and redfish and went back to my roots where it all started. Gotta say, it was pretty fun fighting a mullet on lite tackle 🎣
