Still falling in love with Paris!
When it’s not too hot (and trust me, we’ve had our share of very hot days lately!), I try to walk everywhere. It keeps me grounded — and endlessly grateful. Even though this city is becoming home, it still has the power to take my breath away.
Just the other day, I stumbled upon this view — a quiet corner of a park I’ve walked through many times before, but somehow never noticed in quite this way. The sunlight on the water, the intricate stonework, the hush of it all… it caught me completely off guard. And it reminded me that even as life here becomes more routine, Paris still finds ways to surprise me.
These small moments of awe feel like little rewards for slowing down. I don’t always get them on the busiest days, but when I do — oh, how I treasure them.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Your support helps make this life possible, and I carry that gratitude with me as I wander these winding streets.
