Trigger Warning!: IDV groomers and mention of Necr0philia

Small vent post but because of the whole SantiDevil drama I started remembering back when I first started playing IDV when I was 15 years old. I know how it feels to be in a situation with a groomer, and to this day I still see them in english chat talking as if they didn't destroy my relationship with so many friends and even past lovers. I was never one of their victims but watching them hurt others and only blaming myself for not doing anything about it for a whole year still gets on my nerves. My birthday is the 28th of September, I'll be 19 soon and if I am still am upset about it I really should be doing everything I can to make the fanbase a safe place, right? I'll try my best, I would do more commentary but due to my speech disability it really is tough- lots of second hand embarrassment from that.
I wish I genuinely knew what went wrong because for all I know I could have been groomed to thinking they were grooming others- Or so I've heard there was another groomer in the group- Why it's so hard to even hold onto proof when everyone was accusing others of bad things. Even I fell victim to this as a Necr0phile for some reason? Maybe because Embalmer was my favorite character?? Regardless of that, It still eats me mentally.
Maybe I'll just hope on their downfall since they're a peak tier player in NAEU but for now all I can do is just keep ignoring it and avoid conflict...

Update post on some drama!
I’m happy to say it’s all cleared up with them! I’m glad we could finally let go of any grudges we had for each other and said our apologies <:)
I’ll be going back to posting again, likely tomorrow! (Or very late night, lmao…)

An old mutual has recently made a call out post about me about two really cropped down screenshots from a +13 discord server.

Although it’s month old beef with a mutual, I am deciding not to bring it up in a bigger public platform unless people specifically ask for my point of view, I have everything prepared for a response to clear up any confusion.

It’s disheartening how they would go out of their way to make me look racist and a *pdf* which making it a call out post is valid for, it’s simply was out of context + lack of evidence as they left the discord server all on their own and even I given an apology as well as was told they had as well from a third party.

They call themselves petty, but honestly, I wish they would have communicated with me to understand why even after a month later they hold their grudge.

If they are seeing this, I am sorry for not being well educated on the topic of black women and their stereotype of masculinity- it’s genuinely my own fault for getting upset with you about the change in topic about ships towards something negative about real life problems.
I didn’t know it was a thing to be honest, not as chronically online as I thought I was, and since then have looked up other people’s views on it with curiosity and anxious I would upset anyone if I drew any POC wrongly.

As for other things like me being a *pdf* just because I like a certain character that’s being mischaracterized as a groomer and a discussion about how weird idv players are being taken out of context, is a lower blow of false than my mishandle on black women’s current events.

I understand I will never have a genuine conversation about this with them because I blocked them after my poor apology, which is my second fault for doing. I apologize for making you uncomfortable, you can keep the post up/gen

I thought maybe my art as thumbnails would be great, but as I realize, as a college student, with a job and only doing traditional artwork due to my lack of practice with Digital, it is all super time consuming! All I have is WIPs for possibly thumbnails and since the new season is coming up and having an interest in being a streamer; guess I’ll have to put my editing skills to work instead!
I cannot wait for season 38!
I’ve been playing for over 17 seasons! Crazy! I should show off my skins more !
