Job Qualification
Any graduate
Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)
​Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,.. ).
Able to work under pressure.

Main responsibilities include
Prospecting new accounts,
Understanding client shipping needs,
Creating solutions involving air/ocean transport,
Preparing quotes, and
Ensuring timely delivery per commitments.
The job also requires coordinating operational teams internally to execute on sales agree

Key Responsibilities:
Identify new leads, call/visit potential clients (importers/exporters), generate quotes, negotiate rates, and close deals.
Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, provide solutions, handle issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Develop sales plans, conduct market research, track performance, meet targets, and report on activities.
Liaise with operations, marketing, and other departments to execute sales agreements and ensure service delivery.
Develop deep understanding of air, sea, and land freight processes and services.
