My natural weight loss progress: down 140 pounds so far 💪🏻 Have lost it slowly over the last 4 years. Tracking my progress now from a more recent plateau in my physical and mental health journey, plus random adventures! ♡ Not promoting anything, no OF or other sites. Just sharing my joy of life, hobbies, travels, adventures and gym progress/health journey🫶🏻 (Since some people called me plastic = my body is 100% natural - I have nothing against plastic surgery for other people, but I will never, and have never, had any cosmetic procedures of any kind. I find joy in making a movie of my days and just want to encourage anyone who has felt the same as me that you can achieve much more than you realize and feel better than you thought possible!Progress has not been linear for me, I have lost and gained, felt great and felt horrible, so only hoping to share positivity and encouragement!!!
