I have 2 passions, photography and food - particularly Chinese & Asian food. I'm a professional photographer by trade but both my parents were chefs so food has always been a huge part of my life. I worked for years in my Mum's Chinese takeaway so I have lots of recipes and secrets to share with you.

April 1st is the first day of the traditional snake eating season in parts of East Asia also known as Poisson d’Avril (snakes for April) due to historic French colonisation. So today as a tribute to this occasion, I will be uploading a video of my favourite snake recipe.
