In this vlog, I start by preparing for an autumn
getaway — baking a delicious cream-filled pastry, packing our bags, and getting ready for the weekend.
We then spend two peaceful days in a cozy wooden cabin in the Dutch countryside, surrounded by beautiful views and nature. 🍂 I get to experience a little taste of rural life, enjoy fresh local food, cook in nature, and find inspiration in the autumn scenery for some embroidery by the river.
A simple, cozy weekend full of nature, slow living, and little joys.

My favorite kind of day👩🌾🥕
I live in the city, but lately, I've been dreaming more and more about a simple, rural life.
Maybe because I grew up in Iran, I've always had a special love for growing things, picking fresh vegetables, cooking from scratch, and enjoying the little things.
These days, living in the Netherlands, I find myselt wanting to spend more time in the countryside - walking through farms, picking my own vegetables, and bringing them home to cook.
In this video, I visited a beautiful farm and picked potatoes, pumpkins, onions and beets.
I brought everything home, washed and organized them, and then spent the rest of the day cooking.
made a delicious carrot dessert for the first time, and I also made a kind of potato pizza with mushrooms and cheese
It was such a simple day, but somehow it felt so special.
Maybe this is the kind of life I'm slowly falling in love
