I have been posting Zumba videos on Instagram since October, 2018. Since then I received an overwhelming number of questions/requests about the full version on YouTube. That's why I decided to share the full length videos here.

My Zumba videos have a variety of formats including regular Zumba®, Zumba® Gold, and Zumba® Gold Chair. But the basic principle is the same: Zumba® is for everyone!! No experience is required. Just move along and have fun!!
