Hello, I'm HEESEUNG.
First of all, I'm sure many engines were surprised to hear my news, and I'm sure there are a lot of people who are curious about the sudden story.
So I wanted to tell the engine in person.
For me, six years was a time filled with moments that were overwhelming and precious beyond words.
Thanks to the members who shared countless emotions and the ENGENE who always filled the vacancy, I was able to approach my dream step by step that I felt I could not reach.
And that time will be one of those shining moments that will never be forgotten by me in the future.
I don't want to forget those moments, and I want to be the one who continues to support ENHYPEN more than anyone else.
I shared the results of my work with the company and talked with many people for a long time about how to show them,
After thinking about it for a long time, I made a big decision to approach ENGENE in a better way according to the direction the company suggested.

After listening to what Jungwon said recently, I've been thinking about it a lot. The way he talked about wanting to stay in the present, about how nothing truly lasts forever, it made me pause. After reading it, my heart felt heavy in a way I couldn't really explain!! And maybe that's why it made me think even more about ENHYPEN and their future.

It's really hard not to feel concerned about how they're being managed. The schedules RARELY slows down, not letting them have proper rest, and the members are constantly moving from one thing to another. Constantly being surrounded and shoved at airports only worsens things. As fans, we see how tired they look at times, how little space they're given to just pause and breathe. Wanting them to rest properly and be taken care of shouldn't feel like asking for too much!!!!

Right now, ENHYPEN feel so strong as a team, like they're in such a good place right now, growing together, understanding each other more, and moving forward as a team. And that's exactly why the thought of the future feels a little scary. But at the same time, I can't ignore the worries that come up as a Engene. It's hard to ignore the quiet worries that many Engenes share, not only about contracts or renewals, but about how the members are being treated along the way.

Lately, it's been hard not to notice the imbalance in the team. Some members getting consistently less lines, less screen time, being cut off during lives or interviews, or feeling almost invisible in moments where they should be highlighted just as much as the others. Yes, I'm talking about HEESEUNG. Despite being such a central figure, he often feels underutilized or pushed into the background. Someone who is clearly a core part of ENHYPEN deserves better recognition and care. And it doesn't stop with him. We've seen similar concerns raised about other members too. Niki, Sunghoon, Sunoo, at different points, fans have noticed similar things happening to them too, where they felt pushed to the side at different times.

On top of that, there are other decisions that leave fans uneasy. For example, the sudden ending of Heeseung's contract with Joocyee, something that clearly mattered to him felt unnecessary and upsetting to many. Moments like these make fans question whether BELIFT is truly prioritizing the members growth and well being?!
Heeseung has been noticeably quieter and quieter lately, especially on social media, we rarely get to see him on Weverse and that silence doesn't go unnoticed by Engenes who cared about them. And we've all seen the same thing happened with Niki and Sunoo too. But what hurts the most isn't just screen time or lines, but seeing members look uncomfortable, disappointed, or quieter than usual makes fans wonder how much they're holding in, how much they're carrying silently. These moments may seem small individually, but when they add up, they create a sense of unease!!

There's no confirmation about what the future holds, and maybe that uncertainty is why Jungwon's words felt so real and so heavy. When artists talk about cherishing the present, it sometimes feels like they're protecting something fragile.They are artists, but they're also human. They deserve to be recognized for their talents, supported properly, and cared for equally. I hope that the people responsible for them listen, like REALLY listen to them and give every member the care, respect, and opportunities they deserve. Whatever the future brings, I just hope they're treated better and supported equally.

You might think I'm just being dramatic, maybe I am but I just felt like I needed to vent this out, because these thoughts have been lingering in my mind since yesterday. And after seeing more and more posts about Heeseung being mistreated, it made me want to finally say something instead of keeping it all in. Sorry, this turned out so long than I expected
