And he’s right.

We often talk about distribution, funding, and product-market fit. But in healthcare, the real moat is trust—and trust takes time, consistency, and care. You can’t “growth hack” your way into people’s lives when their health is at stake.

This is what makes building in healthcare so unique—and so tough. It’s not just about tech or scale. It’s about earning trust slowly, which is something most playbooks don’t talk about.
