Anyone else love a girl dinner? 😋 *RECIPE BELOW* High protein Buffalo Chicken Dip: - shredded rotisserie chicken OR 2 cans of chicken - 1 block cream cheese - 2 cups of cottage cheese - shredded mixed cheese - ranch packet or you can create your own - Mix - Oven at 400 degrees And boom, you have a high protein dip and you don’t feel TOO guilty 😉😉😉
For the brownies: • 10 tablespoons (142 grams) unsalted butter 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar 1/3 cup (67 grams) packed powdered sugar 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (88 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon raw honey 2/3 cup (85 grams) all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
For the frosting: • 1/2 cup heavy cream 11/2 cups (255 grams) semisweet chocolate chips Rainbow Candy-Coated Chocolate Chips, or mini M&M's, sprinkles, or other candy
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-by-8-inch metal baking pan with parchment or foil and spray with cooking spray. 2 In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about 90 seconds on high power. Stir in the granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. If still very hot, let cool slightly before adding in the vanilla, eggs, egg yolk, and honey. Stir until very well combined. Add in the flour, cornstarch, and salt and stir until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan.
Place the cream in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Add in the chocolate chips. Let stand for minutes before stirring until smooth. Pour over brownies. Let cool.
🥣 Sausage Tortellini Soup: 2 packages of Italian sausage 1 pack of chopped bacon 5 tablespoons of butter 1 yellow onion 6 cloves of garlic 1 bundle of chopped kale 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon extra oregano and basil 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 2 cartons of chicken broth 1 package of cheese tortellini Half package of any other pasta of choice OR golden potatoes instead if you prefer *extra* Heavy whipping cream (I eye this depending on how creamy you like it) Directions: add butter and sauté onion and garlic Add in the sausage and all seasonings and sauté until brown Add chicken broth Add Kale and simmer Add all pasta and simmer longer Once noodles are cooked add heavy cream last And enjoy!!!

Ingredients
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 diced onion
2 chopped carrots
2 diced celery stalks
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
16 oz potato gnocchi
Instructions
Sauté onion, carrots, and celery in olive oil until soft.
Add garlic and chicken.
Pour in broth and seasonings.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in cream.
Add gnocchi and cook until they float.
Cozy, creamy, and made for cold evenings 🤍
