The Rosie Home

✨RECIPE BELOW✨
Soft centers · lightly crisp edges · classic cinnamon sugar
Ingredients
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1¼ cups granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon salt
Cinnamon Sugar
• 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy — don’t rush this step.
3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth and cohesive.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gently mix dry ingredients into the dough just until combined. (Dough should be soft but not sticky.)
6. Roll dough into balls.
7. Toss each ball in cinnamon sugar until fully coated.
8. Place on prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly.
9. Bake 6-8 minutes — edges just set, centers soft.
10. Remove immediately to a cooling rack and let cool completely.

RH Notes ✨
• These will look slightly underbaked when you pull them — that’s the magic.
• For extra cozy texture, chill dough 10 minutes if your kitchen is warm.
• Perfect with morning coffee, after-school milk, or wrapped for gifting. #cookierecipe
