When I (Portair) was a kid, I remember watching Grey’s Anatomy and discovering Snow Patrol. I dreamed of one day having a song in the show because of the impact it had on that band. 20 years on and our song ‘The River’ is used in this pinnacle moment and we’re both so grateful.

So overwhelmingly proud to announce that our first self titled album is out since Friday and with it the final track from the album ‘Call Me Home’.
Making this album has been such an incredible process for us and we’re so grateful for all of your positive responses, as well as all of the help we’ve received along the way.
We’re so excited to hear what you think and to watch this album grow and make its way into the world finally, and we cannot wait to do this all again, sometime soon!
