Our Next guest on the series in one of the top flyers here in North Belfast. David & his Daughter Maddie Mcelhone. David has a long history in the sport alongside his father and other family members that owned and raced pigeons, David was basically bred into the stock lofts and racing lofts as a young boy. When i first met David & Maddie there work ethic blew me away when we talk about work eat sleep pigeons.

David now gets to participate in the sport alongside his daughter Maddie who took a real interest after the Lockdowns a few years back. It seems now theres a fight to see who can make it to the lofts first in the mornings 🤣

David has had some fantastic results inc topping the Open within the NIPA and the Ulster Fed. scoring extremely well out of France. when it goes to having the ammunition from race one to the last race in France. David has took a deep dive in selecting only the best bloodlines to compete and compete at the top level...

We thank David and Maddie for a opportunity to sit down in the episode and hear there ways round there system and how things are done here in there on back garden lofts.

Just a update for folks maybe waiting on a video from ourselfs, we unfortunately are missing the first 2 races for the 2025 young bird season, we have run into some sort of viral respiratory issue ...... Me or Dad have never experienced before, we are on the up with them we think so hopefully attend next week race all fingers crossed

Lost that many night sleep im not sure what day or month it is 🤣
