I suffer from Cervical Dystonia a neurological disorder which causes irregular muscle contractions in my neck and shoulders. I wanted to hide when it started to be noticeable but my kids were too busy for me to do that. Instead I got out there with them paint-balling, rock climbing, traveling, and cheering them on.
Writing has become my new passion!

I finished writing my 6th book this last week, 6 books in 6 months, Now I need to send them out to someone and I'm nervous. They are my babies and everyone will judge them and find them lacking in some way. It's tough to send your babies out in the world and I have sent 5 literal children out to become adults and they are doing well.
The title of book 1 is Walking Back - the books aren't a series but 4 of them are set in the same town and characters from the others are mentioned once or twice. A small town in the Midwest. The other 2 books have characters from said area in the Midwest but they are in other places living their lives now.

Dystonia information I found interesting. Everyone focuses on the movement disorder, but it comes with so many other non-motor issues I had not thought about. Here is a great iceberg graphic showing many more issues below the surface of the motor issues.

I hope you are enjoying the Shorts I have uploaded about my Camino. I am gluten-free and dairy free at home but can eat dairy here. I also suffer from Dystonia and will be doing a few videos about my travels with a movement disorder. Some funny and not so funny things have occurred along my Camino in relation to my head tremor.
