Lord, I don’t want to be controlled by my emotions today. Please let Your peace take the lead in my heart, mind, and feelings like a wise guide. Help me notice when unhelpful emotions start to rise, and show me how to set them aside. Remind me that Your supernatural peace is already within me, always available to calm and guide my thoughts and emotions. I ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
