🚨 BREAKING: Businessman Brown Mogotsi has told the Madlanga Commission that Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala claimed to have bribed KZN Police Commissioner, Lt-Gen. Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, at his uMhlanga Ridge residence. Mogotsi says Matlala didn’t disclose the amount or purpose of the payment, but expressed shock that Mkhwanazi later implicated him despite allegedly receiving the bribe. The meeting reportedly took place after a July 6 briefing.
