I still can’t fully accept that it has actually finished. It feels unreal, like it’s just a break and it will come back again, but deep inside I know it’s over. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this much emptiness even when Kuruluş Osman ended,but this time it hurts in a completely different way. Kuruluş Orhan was not just a series for me, it became a part of my weekly life, my emotions, my excitement, my waiting. I really miss those Wednesday nights… staying awake with patience, waiting for the episode, and secretly watching it like it was something precious. That feeling can’t be replaced. Now everything feels so quiet and empty without it. What hurts more is that I can’t even explain this to anyone properly. I try, but people don’t understand. My sisters tease me and say, “Oh look, someone’s favorite series ended, so sad,” like it’s nothing serious. They don’t see what I feel inside. And when I try to tell my friends, they also laugh and say, “It’s just a series, why are you so upset?” But they don’t understand that for me, and maybe for many of us, it was never “just a series.” It was emotions, connection, waiting, excitement, and a world we used to escape into.
