Why do we often stay silent when terrible things happen to medical professionals within the healthcare community?

I mostly see posts and discussions from doctors themselves, but it's rare to see people from other fields speaking up about what’s happening to doctors in our country.

Why does this happen?

Doctors dedicate much of their youth and energy to ensuring we can live our best lives. Why don't we offer them the support they deserve when they face challenges? Why aren’t more of us standing with them?
