Last year I made this video in May so I think I'm getting better 😅 I've learned from 2025 and we're making new goals for 2026, I may be late to the goal-setting party but at least I'm here now!

I'm working on a video about the effects of coming off the pill by going through the process myself but two weeks in and I've developed hives on my neck, chest, and face so I'm looking for others who may have experienced the same.
Have you ever come off the combined pill after taking it continuously for years and did you have a skin based reaction?
