We are honestly a bit floored to see Gaelic Football '25 featured by BBC this week.
This isn’t just a game to us, it’s something we’ve poured years of work, sacrifice, and passion into. For many of us, this is the sport we grew up with.
And for a long time, it felt like Irish games like these didn’t have a place in the wider gaming world.
To have our story told on a platform like the BBC, not just the game, but the journey behind it, means the world to our whole team at Buck Eejit Games.
We’re a small studio with big ambitions - to build a game that does Gaelic Football proud, gives fans something they’ve been waiting decades for, and hopefully introduces the sport to a brand-new audience.
This is just the beginning, but it’s a moment we won’t forget.
