I’m so excited to share our very first Motivational Monday Coffee Chat. ☕️
Bring whatever goal you want to achieve over the next six months to a year. I will be sharing tips, tools, and strategies in each episode that will help you accomplish what you desire and most importantly, simple ways to enjoy the journey along the way. I will also be sharing my journey of building my YouTube channel and how I work through obstacles to ultimately accomplish this goal.
One of the most important things about setting a goal and ultimately achieving it is to focus more on the actions you’re taking and not get hyper focused on the results, especially early on.
It’s also essential to celebrate the progress you make towards your goal and highlight the actions you are continuing to take and not place much significance on how far you still have to go to get to your desired destination.
It’s a simple mindset shift and focus, but is so powerful as what we focus on expands, which I will talk more about in future episodes. It makes a huge difference in how you feel and it keeps discouragement at bay which is the focus of our very first episode and is one emotion that is often looming around the corner, stopping many from continuing on the path to achieving what they want.
The truth is many people quit before they achieve their goal because they get discouraged and stop putting energy and effort into achieving what they want.
We will dive deeply into how to recognize discouragement and transcend it so you can accomplish your goals for the rest of this year and into 2026.
I have used these powerful methods to create success in my life and am super excited to share them with you.
You can watch the very first episode on my Youtube channel here —> Motivational Monday Coffee Chat l Episode #1 ☕️ https://youtu.be/IG5J-9tUes0

Not sleeping well? I know the feeling.
I struggled with insomnia for many years. After gaining much guidance, wisdom, and personally learning a lot about how to balance my system, I figured out both significant and minor shifts to make to my diet, my supplements, hormone balance and ways to relax, and am now happy to be sleeping deeply again.
One of the important shifts I made was learning and mastering how to relax my body and my mind both throughout the day as well as before I fall asleep.
In this new guided meditation, I share a relaxing, calming practice with you. Listen before you go to sleep or when you wake up in the middle of the night. Sweet dreams!

Today, we’re talking anxiety.
The most important thing to acknowledge when you feel stressed or overwhelmed or it just all feels like too much is that you have the power to calm your mind and body, even if it doesn’t feel like it in the moment.
In my newest video meditation, I guide you through a super simple and very effective technique that I use often and I guide my clients to use, as well.
It will help you to quickly calm anxiety and ground your energy.
Remind yourself that anxiety is simply energy. Although it's erratic energy and can feel unsettling, it doesn't have to control you. You have the power to use this practice to relax your thoughts and to calm your body.
When we feel anxiety, when we are stressed, when thoughts are spiraling through our mind, our energy is often displaced high up in our chest, in our head, or even in the pit of our stomach. Ideally, we want our energy grounded in the center of our being and that’s what we are going to focus on doing right now in this practice.
✨ I share a powerful, simple way to 💌 “Overcome Anxiety & Other Intense Emotions l To Feel Calm & Grounded In Minutes” on my Youtube channel in today’s video here --> https://youtu.be/KJ_qP1R9JJc
Find a quiet, cozy place and take a few minutes to do this guided breathwork with me. I’d love to hear your thoughts! Above all, take care, be kind to yourself, and remember that you are More Than Enough. ❤️ Love, Diane

Today, we’re talking anxiety! Maybe today is a day when it all feels like too much. Or maybe you have been feeling that way for a while now. Some days, life is just tough to navigate. In today’s crazy-paced world, it can be easy to get off kilter, to feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or disconnected. So, what can you do to take care of your mental and emotional well-being?
Simply, do what your mind and body need you to do. Often, what we are craving is time to pause, to decompress, to relax and to get rejuvenated and re-invigorated.
Know that sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is step back and pause to reclaim balance. You are in control of your energy - choose where to direct that energy wisely.
Give yourself a break. Give yourself some grace. Give yourself permission to let go of trying to make it all look perfect. Life certainly isn’t perfect. And we don’t have to be either.
✨ I share a powerful, simple way to "Quiet Your Racing Mind in 5 Minutes" on my Youtube channel in today’s video here --> https://youtu.be/OJXxkqJitpE
If any of today’s techniques resonated with you and you feel that you can benefit by going further in your self reflection and self care, I invite you to take the next step. I offer one-on-one coaching sessions where we can work together to tackle your anxiety and build a plan for lasting peace. Comment: “learn more” if you would like more information on working with me individually.

One of the questions that I am often asked as a life coach is how I set up my daily structure to thrive.
It’s such an essential part of my success, and even more importantly, is the way that throughout the topsy turvy nature of life, the challenges, difficulties, and uncertainty, I create order, stay grounded, and have peace, joy, and happiness regardless of what else may be going on.
Consistency and structure have truly been the key to the harmony, health, happiness, inner peace and success in my life and the longevity and energy I’ve had and continue to experience in my business individually coaching people for 20+ years now.
So, today I’m sharing my simple, joyful daily structure with you.
You can watch it on my Youtube channel here --> https://youtu.be/L0LCvMT0Rfg
LMK in the comments what’s essential to your daily structure. What sets you up to thrive? ❤️ What would you miss immensely if you didn’t have it in your day to day structure?

Today, we’re talking ANXIETY! If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like your thoughts are running a marathon - you are not alone. Anxiety is something that we all experience at some point, and today, I want to help you understand it, manage it, and most importantly, reclaim your peace.
The conversation around anxiety is vast as there are many different reasons why people experience it. One of the most prevalent energetic experiences for people with continual anxiety is that they tend to be deeply connected to their thoughts—especially the negative ones that create fear and a sense of being out of control.
Many of us know how quickly our negative thoughts can spiral, creating even more fear and panic. But here’s the key: It’s not about eliminating anxiety completely. That’s an impossible goal. Instead, it’s about knowing what to do in the moment you start feeling anxious.
If anxiety is something that you experience often, it is important to acknowledge that there is a deeper reason as to why you are experiencing these feelings. Whether it is emotionally, mentally, or psychically based, it is essential to get to the root of your anxiety so that you can not only manage it and gain relief, but also know what to do to help the anxiety dissipate over time.
I stress two important things to consider to help diminish the anxiety or fear you may be feeling so you can return to a place of peace and calm:
✨The first is to have a daily practice where you train your brain and body to relax, focusing more of your energy and attention on feeling grounded in your body instead of being all consumed with the thoughts that may run rampant in your mind. Yoga, meditation, and deep breathing are all great practices to help you do this. My daily routine consists of all three which helps me to maintain a consistent level of calm, grounded energy throughout the chaos and challenges of life.
✨ The second is to get to the root of your anxiety so that you can not only manage it and gain relief, but also know what to do to help the anxiety dissipate over time.
I share 3 simple, effective ways to get to a place of calm, peace, and groundedness when you feel anxiety, stress, or overwhelm on my Youtube channel in today’s video here --> https://youtu.be/ELHo1NidQ6E

You are moving forward, making progress, and then—bam! Another obstacle, another setback, another distraction, another wave of emotions out of nowhere. That moment of discouragement can feel crushing and like it is trying to pull you off course. But here is what I want you to remember: this is just a moment, not your destination.
Instead of pushing your feelings away, pause. Feel them. Your inner dialogue is speaking—what is it trying to tell you? Acknowledge it without judgment. Then, declare:
✨ I am ready to have a breakthrough.✨ I choose to gain wisdom from this moment.✨ I have the power to refocus and move forward.
Discouragement does not mean stop everything you are doing—it means listen, learn, and realign. You are still on the path to your goals and dreams and you are capable of reaching them. You are absolutely worthy of everything you are working on and toward.
Take a deep breath, refocus your energy, and take one step forward. Each step forward, no matter how small, is still progress. You’ve got this!

How often do you take a moment just for yourself? To reflect, to reassess, to truly ask: Am I living my best life?
Many of us avoid self-reflection because facing certain truths can be uncomfortable. But here is the thing—avoiding what’s uncomfortable will not lead to fulfillment, success, or deep joy. Growth happens when we give ourselves the space to pause, reflect, and realign.
Take a moment right now to ask yourself:
✨ Am I living with intention and purpose?
✨ Are my daily routines aligned with the life I truly want?
✨ Am I making time for myself, for growth, for joy?
If you had difficulty answering these questions, you are not alone. Many of us have these challenges at different times in our life. The truth is you have the power to shift whatever is not working in your life.
✨ If you are ready to let go of limitations…
✨ If you know this is your time to step into your greatness…join us for the upcoming More Than Enough book club series, a 10-week journey or simply dive into More Than Enough, at your own pace.
I share more about the power of self-reflection on my Youtube channel here --> youtube.com/shorts/asPS5maKsw...
