π Apis mellifera (or western honeybee) is best known bee species managed by beekeepers for honey production and other beehive products.

πͺ΄ MUDRA - Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency was launched on 8th April 2015.
π± Scheme provides collateral free micro credit support upto βΉ10 Lakh to Non-farm micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
π Three Categories of MUDRA Loans:
β’ Shishu loans upto βΉ50,000
β’ Kishore loans from βΉ50,000 to βΉ5 Lakh
β’ Tarun loans from βΉ5 Lakh to βΉ10 Lakh
πͺ΄ Since 2015, βΉ23.2 lakh crore has been sanctioned in 40.82 crore loan accounts in this Scheme.
π About 68% of accounts under the scheme belong to women entrepreneurs.
π 51% of accounts belong to entrepreneurs of SC/ST and OBC categories.
π± 21% of the total loans have been sanctioned to New Entrepreneurs.
