From March 28 to April 2, I took on a jump rope challenge, starting at 311 skips and working my way up to 933 in just 5 minutes a day. πͺ
From April 3 to April 9, I jumped rope every day β 500+ skips, around 5 mins daily.
Weight dropped from 79.65kg to 78.55kg! π²
This small habit = real results.
Now getting ready for Phase 3: 600+ jumps a day!
