My primary goal is to provide motivation for those starting their own weight loss or running journey!
My personal biggest focus right now is running the Pinellas Trail Challenge 46 miler in 2025 right here in the Tampa Bay Area, my home base. Join me as I upload videos of my training. I'll also likely throw in other things that interest me such as hockey, fishing, skiing, business, retro computers, and family adventures.
A little bit about me:
I'm a normal guy who, at one point in my life, nearly 20 years ago, was fairly athletic and played college soccer, I went on 80 mile backpacking trips and 100 mile canoeing trips, and was training to run the the OKC Marathon. Life happened and my personal environment changed drastically, and eventually I found myself obese and hating what I had become. On my 35th birthday in 2022, I finally said enough is enough, and I've gone from 335 pounds to 260 pounds in December 2024. My goal weight is 210.
