After giving birth I gained so much weight and was over 300 pounds… One day I decided that I needed a lifestyle change and started my weight loss journey, 2 YEARS LATER 65 POUNDS LIGHTER AND I’ve accomplished/learned so many things about myself on this journey ! THIS MONTH IS GOING TO BE FOCUSED ON A CONSISTENT EFFORT !
• I’m going to be posting/uploading everyday of this month either a video or a short :)
• my plan is to lock in on growing my community on YouTube ! This is something I genuinely love to do so why not give 1000%
• I will be working out every day of April as well with 1 rest day which will be Sunday 🙏🏽
•my goal is to challenge myself (and others) to stay on track push yourself through DAILY ACTIONS and go after what you want !
