Getting in shape was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life.
It truly wasn’t a hard decision to make… after I realized the state of my life.
I was insecure, I hated my self, I hated my body, I hated my habits, I had 0 friends, I didn’t take me self serious, I didn’t value gods creation.
I would be lying to you if I told you getting “jacked” will solve ALL your problems. But the truth is it will solve a big majority of them.
All those things I hated about it my self, were fixed when I got jacked.
It’s not just to look good. It’s how it completely reframes your mind, when done correctly.
