Today marks the 20th anniversary of the day Joe Ranft died. I never knew him though. I mean I was just a toddler then, so why should this bother me? I don't know. Maybe if I did know him, I'd feel different. Would he have attended conventions if he were still alive? All I can say is that when I learned the details of his death, I was visibly disturbed.

Which Quarter Quell do you think is the worst? Having to vote your own children into the arena, sending in twice the amount of tributes, or sending victors back into the arena (Though the last one was obviously rigged to get Katniss out of the way) are not very good. But only one can be worse than the other.

Happy May the 4th, people! I’m going to rank them by how everyone sees them. I tend to have trouble with finding out which ones I like more. I focus on facts about how people perceive movies. Sure, I have my opinions in some places, but not always. Let me know what you guys think and if the ranking seems about right. And I know you all dislike the sequels (I admit they’re not the best story wise) but can’t we just move on from them and treat them as if they were a bad memory instead?

I have an important announcement to make, guys. In 50 days, Sunrise On the Reaping will release. And in two days, on both my Bluesky and Twitter accounts, I will be doing a countdown that will consist of the tributes and their information in the 10th and 74th Hunger Games. It will start from District 12 all the way up to District 1. So stay tuned!
