New video out: Listening practice - Listen to an announcement. 📢

💡Tip of the Day:

The most important tip for the 2026 TOEFL Listening update (effective January 21) regarding the new Announcement task is to focus on the "Required Action" shift.

Unlike the older format, which often focused on the reason for a change, the 2026 update places a heavy emphasis on what students must do immediately after hearing the message. Because these clips are very short (typically 20–40 seconds), the "distractor" answers are often the things that didn't change, while the correct answer is the specific instruction given at the very end.

Happy practice! ✨✨✨
