✅ Build a list of qualified investors ACTIVELY looking for Rent-to-Rent deals in those areas and happy to pay the £3,000 sourcing fees within days

✅ Build a NETWORK of Co-sourcers & Agents in their areas that provide a flow of deals to sell

✅ Use classified websites like Gumtree to find and agree Rent-to-Rent deals DIRECTLY from Landlords in those areas (so they have full control)
⁣
✅ Sell 4+ deals per month without them viewing ANY properties or meeting ANYONE in person

How we’re building lists of Rent-to-Rent buyers that happily pay us £3,000 IN DAYS 😐🏡💥💷

No paid ads…
No expensive lead gen…
Just FREE Facebook groups 🤳🏾💥

I remember when I first started in 2011…

I was losing deals left, right & centre 😤🏡❌

The Landlords would say "YES" to my offers…

They were happy with the terms & READY to go!

…….But I had NO buyers lined up 😐

If I took to long to find a buyer, the landlord would go cold OR go with someone else’s offer 🏡❌

I’ll be honest, I wanted to quit many MANY times!

But I learned something valuable from it…..

A landlord wants FAST results 💥

They haven’t got time to wait for us to find a serious company to take the property on….

That process usually takes way to long 🙄

That’s when I changed my approach.

I decided to stop speaking to landlords until I had a list of serious buyers that were READY to go 💥🚀

Here’s the exact steps we still use to build lists of serious buyers ready to pay £3,000 per deal 👇🏾:

1. We found all of the FREE Rent-to-Rent groups on Facebook using keywords like R2R, R2SA, etc.

(These groups have thousands of members 🔥)

2. Inside each group, we used the search bar to look up our chosen cities e.g. "Birmingham"

3. Scrolled through the results and found the posts with Rent-to-Rent deals for sale in our cities 🏡

4. Checked ALL of the comment sections under those posts… that’s where the buyers are 👀

5. Direct message EVERY single person that we can see has expressed interest in the deals.

6. We find out if they’re still looking for those type of deals (Rent-to-Rent) in the area(s).

7. If "yes", we get them on a call ASAP! 📲

8. Use that call to break the ice, build rapport, get clear on their criteria and QUALIFY them properly.

9. Add them to the investor list 📝

Now you have a list of clients READY to buy the deals you secure & they’ll pay you £3,000 EACH

The crazy part is… You didn’t have to spend a penny to find the buyer OR the deals 😐

So what changes when you build your list first…. ?

- You build trust, familiarity, rapport & relationships with your buyers. (Which makes the sales easier)

- You filter through the tyre kickers in advance

- You identify the SERIOUS buyers early

- You can generate interest for your deals FAST

- You can start discussing deals with your buyers before the deals fully secured 🔥

This strategy has been a game-changer for us!
