While for many cleansing is solely energetic, whether through smoke or sound, for me an intrinsic part of cleansing is physical cleaning. I try to do lighter cleans weekly and deep cleans monthly. This was filmed after a missed week of lighter cleans and a month since a deeper clean (we had so many assignments and exams right before Spring break 😅). What is your favorite form of cleansing?
