FAMILY OPERATED SINCE 2001
HastyHeat.com is a locally owned manufacturer and distributor of custom fireplace grates and accessories and wood stoves.

Our team of craftsmen strives to design and build elegant and extremely durable products that bring warmth into your homes and savings into your pockets for years to come.

STRUCTURAL-GRADED PRODUCTS WITH HIGH ROI
All of our products are made with fully welded un-coated, un-leaded, un-aluminized, non-galvanized, bare structural-grade carbon steel and UL-certified electrical components.

Produced with 100% renewable energy, we build heavy-duty thick wall tubes for the maximum heat exchanger surface area, superior airflow volume, minimum burn through, high thermal transfer, and maximum combustion area volume.

Our customers have also reported to consume up to 50% less wood with our products.

Hasty Heat

Stop losing heat up the chimney. 🔥

This is a 24TGR20TD tapered grate heater burning in an old arched brick firebox. The logs sit right on the hollow steel tubes, the blower up front pushes room air through them, and the warm air comes back out the tube mouths and into the room instead of riding the draft up the flue.

The tubes taper to match fireboxes that are wider in front than in back, so the heat comes off the whole fire.

Hasty Heat

Quick how-to before the next cold snap: stop letting your fireplace heat the sky.

That's a 16HTH14D Dual Heat Tube Heater under these flames. It works as the grate — fire heats the tubes, two blowers in front push warm air back into the room.

Save-worthy tip: dual outlets move heat on both sides of the opening. Measure firebox front, back, and depth before you size one.

There's plenty of Super El Niño chatter this fall about wilder swings. No doom from us, just a hearth that pulls its weight when the weather turns.

Hasty Heat

Tag the friend whose fireplace mostly heats the sky. 🔥

This is a 20TGR16TD Tapered Grate Heater working as the grate. Fire warms the tubes; the blower in front pushes that warm air back into the room where people actually sit.

Save-worthy tip: measure front width, back width, and depth of the firebox — tapered models need all three so the tubes follow the box.

There's plenty of Super El Niño chatter this fall about wilder swings. No doom from us, just a hearth that pulls its weight when the weather turns.

Hasty Heat

First freeze is knocking on doors from Pennsylvania up through New England this week, and plenty of folks are lighting the first real fire of the season.

Here's the quiet truth about an open fireplace: most of that lovely heat climbs the chimney and warms the sky. That's a 20TGR20TD Tapered Grate Radiator under these flames. It works as the grate, and the blower pushes warm air out of those four tubes and back into the room.

There's a lot of Super El Niño chatter this fall about wilder swings and early cold. No doom from us, just a hearth that pulls its weight when the weather turns.

How to size one: measure your firebox front width, back width and depth, then match it on the TGR page.

Hasty Heat

A fire's a fine thing to sit beside, but a fire that heats the room beats one that heats the sky.

That's a 16HTH16D Heat Tube Heater under those flames. It works as the grate, and the fans out front push warm air from the tubes back into the house instead of sending it up the flue.

The news is full of Super El Niño chatter this fall: wetter stretches down South, wilder swings, early snow up in the mountains. No doom from us. We're just fellow life-creators who like a hearth that pulls its weight when the weather turns.
