Feeling breathless in life and leadership? Just breathe. 🌬️ In Genesis 2:7, God breathed life into us, and it’s that same breath we need to thrive—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reset. It brings clarity, fresh energy, and aligns our creativity with God’s purpose. “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord” (Psalm 150:6). Pause, breathe, and lead well.

“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.”

15 Years Today 💍❤️

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but this collage of moments captures millions of memories that words could never fully express.

I choose you.

These 15 years have flown by in the blink of an eye, yet the depth of every memory, every shared laugh, and every challenge we’ve faced together is beyond words. Through every valley and over every summit, my love for you only grows stronger. I am forever grateful for the life we’ve built and excited to continue loving you with every moment we’re given.

I thank God for you daily! Thank you for believing in Him, in us, and in me. You are the woman of my dreams, and with each passing year, you only get better.

Happy Anniversary, my love. Here’s to a lifetime of even more incredible moments together. 💍❤️

“Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” (Mark 10:9, NIV)

Christ is my firm foundation
The rock on which I stand
When everything around me is shaken
I've never been more glad
That I put my faith in Jesus
'Cause He's never let me down
He's faithful through generations
So why would He fail now?
He won't

Rest is Essential, Not Optional

In life, ministry, and leadership, we often feel the pressure to always be ‘on’—constantly producing, serving, and leading without stopping. But rest isn’t just about physical recovery; it’s a spiritual discipline. It’s an act of faith and trust.

God modeled rest for us in creation, not because He needed it, but because He knew we would. Rest is a reminder that our worth isn’t tied to our busyness but to our identity as sons and daughters of God. When we rest, we release control and acknowledge that it’s God who sustains us, not our efforts.

For many, rest doesn’t come naturally. We struggle to unplug, fearing that slowing down means losing ground. But the truth is, when we stop, we make room for God to move. Exodus 14:14 reminds us: “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

As leaders, intentionally making time for rest keeps us spiritually and emotionally healthy. It allows us to lead from a place of abundance, not exhaustion. Rest isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Let’s establish rhythms of rest in our daily, weekly, and yearly lives. Start by carving out intentional moments this week to slow down, be present, and realign with God.

What does rest look like for you in this season? How can you prioritize it in your routine?

Remember, rest isn’t just about recovery—it’s about trusting God’s design. In a world that glorifies hustle, choosing to rest is a reminder that our value isn’t found in what we do, but in who God is. Whether it’s quiet moments in the morning, small pauses throughout the day, or time in the evening to reflect, cut through the noise and let God speak to you.

Rest is an act of faith. Trust in God today by making time to rest.
