I love birthdays. I love the energy that surrounds them!
Actually, I love all the special days. It annoys me when people say they donโt care about certain days like Valentineโs Day or birthdays, etc. Because life is hard enough, why not enjoy these special days while we can. These special days are like a sprinkle of magic into a year that may have other challenges.
They give us something to look forward to, and an opportunity to embrace their wonderful energy.
So I say, give me all the magical special days! Pancake Tuesday, Valentineโs Day, Easter, Groundhog Day ๐ - the lot. Iโll take them all. โบ๏ธ

SIMPLE HYDRATION CALCULATOR.
I did design this for my female clients and followers, but itโs not too far off my recommendations for my male clients and followers.
Baseline:
๐ Body weight (kg) ร 30โ35 mL
Then add:
โข +0.5โ1.5 L for activity
โข +0.5โ1.0 L for stress
โข +0.25โ0.5 L for caffeine
โข +0.5 L if eating higher protein
Final number = daily fluid target ๐ฏ
This is not about perfection - itโs about understanding your physiology and your bodyโs needs. ๐
For anyone interested ๐๐ป I need a minimum of 4.5 L of fluid to feel optimal. And I am 140 pounds and 5 foot 5. In the extreme cold, I try to get closer to five.
