Coffee counts toward hydration! โ˜•๐Ÿ’ง
For years weโ€™ve been told coffee โ€œdoesnโ€™t countโ€ or that itโ€™s dehydrating. But the research tells a different story.

In regular coffee drinkers, coffee contributes to daily fluid intake and can absolutely count toward hydration.
That doesnโ€™t mean coffee replaces all your water, but it also isnโ€™t undoing your hydration like many people believe.
