I love birthdays. I love the energy that surrounds them!
Actually, I love all the special days. It annoys me when people say they donโ€™t care about certain days like Valentineโ€™s Day or birthdays, etc. Because life is hard enough, why not enjoy these special days while we can. These special days are like a sprinkle of magic into a year that may have other challenges.
They give us something to look forward to, and an opportunity to embrace their wonderful energy.
So I say, give me all the magical special days! Pancake Tuesday, Valentineโ€™s Day, Easter, Groundhog Day ๐Ÿ˜‚ - the lot. Iโ€™ll take them all. โ˜บ๏ธ

SIMPLE HYDRATION CALCULATOR.
I did design this for my female clients and followers, but itโ€™s not too far off my recommendations for my male clients and followers.

Baseline:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Body weight (kg) ร— 30โ€“35 mL

Then add:

โ€ข +0.5โ€“1.5 L for activity

โ€ข +0.5โ€“1.0 L for stress

โ€ข +0.25โ€“0.5 L for caffeine

โ€ข +0.5 L if eating higher protein


Final number = daily fluid target ๐ŸŽฏ

This is not about perfection - itโ€™s about understanding your physiology and your bodyโ€™s needs. ๐Ÿ™‚


For anyone interested ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป I need a minimum of 4.5 L of fluid to feel optimal. And I am 140 pounds and 5 foot 5. In the extreme cold, I try to get closer to five.
