मैंने अपने परिवार के साथ आरामदायक और सुरक्षित सवारी का आनंद लेने की उम्मीद से टाटा टियागो कार खरीदी थी। हालाँकि, मैं बहुत निराश और सदमे में थी ,जब गाड़ी चलाते समय मेरी कार का पिछला दाहिना पहिया टूट गया, जिससे कार का संतुलन बिगड़ गया और सड़क किनारे एक पेड़ से जा टकराई। शुक्र है, कोई भी गंभीर रूप से घायल नहीं हुआ, लेकिन यह एक घातक दुर्घटना हो सकती थी। मैं इस कार की खराब निर्माण गुणवत्ता और विश्वसनीयता से बहुत नाखुश हूं, जो यात्रियों और अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुरक्षा के लिए गंभीर खतरा है। मैंने टाटा मोटर्स कस्टमर केयर से संपर्क किया है और मुझे उम्मीद है कि वे इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करेंगे। मुझे टाटा जैसे प्रतिष्ठित ब्रांड से बेहतर की उम्मीद थी और मुझे उम्मीद है कि वे भविष्य में अपने मानकों और गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण में सुधार करेंगे। जब तक वे इस समस्या का समाधान नहीं कर देते, मैं इस कार को खरीदने की अनुशंसा नहीं करती।
I bought a Tata Tiago car sometime ago, hoping to enjoy a comfortable and safe ride with my family. However, I was very disappointed and shocked when the rear right side wheel of my car broke while I was driving, causing the car to lose balance and hit a tree on the roadside. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured, but it could have been a fatal accident. I am very unhappy with the poor build quality and reliability of this car, which poses a serious threat to the safety of the passengers and other road users. I have contacted the Tata Motors customer care and I hope they will resolve this issue as soon as possible. I expected better from a reputed brand like Tata, and I hope they will improve their standards and quality control in the future. I do not recommend buying this car until they fix this problem.
