🎯From CA to UPSC to Content Creation 🎯
I qualified as a Chartered Accountant at just 22 in November 2016. Driven by the dream of serving the nation and after dedicating six years of tireless effort to preparing for the UPSC and reaching the IAS interview stage in 2021, I decided to channel my passion into content creation.
Since February 2023, I've been creating full-time, and the journey has been incredible! With close to 2 million followers across my instagaram channels—Vishal.Rattewal, Punjab_Ki_Baat, Haryana_Ki_Bat and Delhi.ki.baat.
I share stories, insights, and experiences that deeply connect with people from all corners of the nation. 🌟

They have given me 48 days' time to
* Delete the video
* issue a public apology
* pay ₹5 CRORE.
* and not to make such video against Niva Bupa ever again
What would you do?
Their notice says my video is false, misleading and defamatory. I’ve shared the notice, the court order I referred to, the IRDAI order, and my original video so you can read the documents and decide for yourself.
I don’t want to fight this alone. I want you to decide what I should do next.
My intention behind making these videos is not to defame any company, but to create awareness around insurance, so that genuine and legitimate claims reach the right people, are settled on time, and no consumer’s claim is unfairly rejected through improper practices. Ultimately, my aim is to make the insurance sector more transparent, accountable and consumer-friendly.
What should I do?
Delete the video + Apologise
Stand my ground + Fight the case
