However, Lord Krishna, his guide, once warned him: โRemember, Arjuna, Gandiva is merely a tool. Your mastery and wisdom are what truly make it mighty.โ
One day, during a challenging battle, Arjuna hesitated, believing he could not succeed without the Gandiva. Krishna, seeing this over-reliance, orchestrated a scenario where the bow was temporarily inaccessible. Arjuna was forced to rely on his skill, wit, and strategy. To his surprise, he triumphed, realizing that the Gandiva amplified his potential but did not define it.
This is a powerful example to teach our children that AI tools are similar to Gandiva and human wisdom is superior to these tools.
As a digital age parent it is our duty to teach children that,
1) AI is an enabler and not a replacement for human wisdom, ethics, and mastery. 2) AI as a tool that serves us and not a go to solution that enslaves us.
Preserve the wisdom of future generation by helping them to understand the difference between a tool and not a sole solution for all human problems.
