The people in this room have been keeping me awake for several nights now - young american muslims... I have complained at reception but I haven't yet called security in the middle of the night when a sudden scream wakes me... Because I'm a light sleeper? Because I dont think it'll make any difference? Because they are in Makkah but don't really seem to care? Allaahu Alim. I do need some sleep tho... 🤔😴 💤

After I did Umrah, I think I forgot to say that I lost my shoes... So, alhamdulillaah after walking for kilometres on the marble floor of Al Masjid Al Haram, I got to walk some more back to my hotel on the streets of Makkah... Alhamdulillaah I at least had my thickest socks on and it wasn't as bad as it could have been 😁. My eldest son laughed and said, 'Yeah, you're not the only one!"😏
