When I was at Frankfurt Airport,

I was just passing time and started reading about the airport on the internet.

One thing really caught my attention their focus on sustainability. I found out that Frankfurt Airport is planning to become completely carbon-neutral by 2045.

At first, it surprised me.

How can such a huge airport with thousands of flights, vehicles, and operations even think about going green?

But then I read how they’re actually doing it.

They’re shifting to renewable energy, improving energy efficiency in all buildings, and even using electric vehicles on the ground.

They’re also planting green spaces and working with airlines to reduce emissions.

It made me realize that if such a massive, complex system like an international airport can plan for sustainability, then every organization and even we as individuals
can take steps too.

That moment really stayed with me.

Small efforts, big changes
it’s time to focus on sustainability.

The hardest truth 😬

Without experiencing the darkness of challenges and setbacks, we might not fully appreciate the light of achievements, love, and happiness.

Failures, challenges, and setbacks are necessary.

Because they make success more meaningful, giving us greater strength and confidence. 😁

The difference lies in the energy and intent behind the action.

When you're motivated, tasks feel purposeful and engaging, fueled by passion or a clear goal.

Even challenges seem exciting, as you see them as stepping stones to success.

On the other hand, doing something unmotivated can feel like dragging your feet lacking enthusiasm or direction, and often requiring extra willpower to push through.

Motivation is the precious fuel for success

Use it properly 😁

Difficult times make you stronger.

Right now, you are running the race of life.
You may feel weary and exhausted in this journey.

But you are on the right path.

The easy and simple path is often chosen by the majority.

However, the unconventional path remains unexplored and avoided by many because it seems complex.

Yes, it is complex.

But as you take it step by step, you will figure it out.

And, in the end, when you look back, you will be proud of yourself.

Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

Your calling is higher.

The age between 25 and 30 is a crucial phase that can shape the next 50 years of your life.

However, I’ve noticed that many people within this age group tend to be carefree and lethargic, often neglecting financial planning, investments, career goals, and a proper roadmap for their future.

This is the prime time to:

- Choose your domain and niche to make a meaningful contribution to the world.

- Start earning money and invest wisely for the future.

- Dedicate time to learning new things.

- Surround yourself with good people who inspire you to grow together.

If your foundation is strong during this period, you’ll have better control over your life.

Once you cross 30, responsibilities like starting a family tend to increase, and your ability to make aggressive decisions may slow down.

So, if you are between 25 and 30 or approaching 25 start thinking seriously about these aspects.

Time is priceless and finite. Make the most of it.

To reach 100 steps, you need to start with 1.

This applies to investment, work that takes time, business, and overall for your career.

Some people have just started their careers, while others are in the middle of theirs.

Don’t worry about the success of others and compare yourself to them.

Everyone starts differently, so you are unique.

Initially, I had fear and an inferiority complex when seeing others' success.

But later, I realized the reality and now peacefully live with that mindset, building my career.

Simple takeaway: Good things take time, be patient and focus on your work.

Success will be a byproduct.

Graduating is common, but I never imagined I'd pursue a postgraduate degree in MSW.

During my third year of UG at Loyola, I made the decision to follow this path.

I was fortunate to receive admission offers from both Loyola and MCC. I chose MCC for new exposure.

The two years of pursuing my MSW were extremely challenging, but I completed them.

When I received my degree, a timelapse of memories played in my mind. I felt immense happiness and pride in my decision.

I can feel God's presence guiding me throughout this journey.

That's why I believe that when God guides you, you'll never regret your decisions.

Wealth vs Rich:

1. Source: Rich = high income;
Wealthy = sustainable assets.

2. Habits: Rich = spend more;
Wealthy = save/invest wisely.

3. Mindset: Rich = immediate luxury; Wealthy = long-term security.

Proverbs 10:22:

"The blessing of the LORD brings wealth, without painful toil for it."

True wealth and prosperity come from the blessings of the Lord, which are accompanied by peace and joy,

Gentle reminder: You are not your thoughts.

Having too many thoughts can make you overthink.

It's understandable that controlling your thoughts is difficult, but try not to worry too much.

Believe that there is a higher power guiding you.

Trust in God, and when you rethink things with faith, everything will turn out alright.

Multitasking is totally a waste 👎🏻

Yes

Research by the American Psychological Association (APA) shows that multitasking, especially with complex tasks, significantly reduces productivity. The brain isn't designed for heavy-duty multitasking, leading to mental overload and inefficiency.

When you multitask, you lose focus and productivity.

Take a task.
Focus and work (avoid distractions).
Complete the task.

Go to the next task.

Repeat.

Let’s be productive.
