Happy Flipping Friday.
This was a good one!
We bought his house for $15,000 and sold it for $215,000.
I ended up keeping this as a rental for a few years because I saw prices going up after Covid.
Instead of making $16,000 on this one right away, because I kept his for a few years I made over $100,000. (see video link below)
Our investors made thousands of dollars on this one by funding the purchase.
