Dear Armchair Travelers,
after a weekend worth of effort it seems I've managed to reconfigure the feeds after the latest round of youtube backend changes. This means there should be no more delays occurring from now on (about half of the feeds were lagging behind and over time developed delays of up to several hours). All the feeds should now be live (give or take some seconds caused by transmission and streaming).

Unfortunately, I had to turn off the Japan cameras stream due to an error which appears to be caused by youtube backend changes to cookie handling policies.
I'll put the stream back up as soon as the issue gets resolved by youtube (there is already an entry for this problem on the official google bug report system).
