I’ve managed to track down a link to the brushes I was using yesterday in the painting of circles if you’re interested to take a look at them they are here: amzn.to/4gho2Cv
They are intended for calligraphy but work very well for painting loosely as well and they appear to be made of natural materials - wood, bamboo and weasel hair (sable) which means they are not marketed as “vegan friendly”. If you take a look at the reviews on the amazon listing you’ll see people are quite enthusiastic about them. I’ll probably post a review of them soon. Thanks for looking!

This means that if you are in a country where English is not the first language, you will probably get auto-dubbed and possibly auto-translated videos on our channel by default. This is an exciting opportunity for our videos to become accessible to everyone, not just English speakers. *But it's OPTIONAL!* So if your computer starts speaking Spanish or French and you want English DON'T PANIC! Just go to the Settings cog at the bottom of the video, between the CC subtitles icon and the miniplayer icon. Click on the cog, go to 'Audio Track' and select 'English' at the top of the list.
We trialled this feature when it was first released, and it seemed to confuse quite a lot of people so we turned it off again. But now, not only have YouTube improved it but also people are more familiar with it, so we've decided to turn it back on again!

Day 1 today - I’m just starting on my short for Cozy Blanket. A lady enquired about how the challenge works and I can’t find her message now, so here’s the reply, hope she sees this: How the challenge works: We run a challenge every month with a different theme each time. From now on they are going to be 28 days long to give everyone a short breather in between challenges. We provide a prompt sheet, and either post a photo of our work, a prompt photo from life, a “short” of me painting something or else some months a whole little video. It varies month to month. So, this month’s idea is that you can meditate on the prompt and draw or paint whatever comes to mind — or you can do your interpretation of the prompt fairly literally — or you can watch my daily short for inspiration — the idea is to just get yourself into the habit of doing something simple each and every day without pressure to produce a work of art. Hope this helps everyone! Now to a cozy blanket!! - short coming later today!
