Three steps to acing life:
1. Chill out - Seriously, relax. You didn't not need to try so hard. Life is actually pretty simple, don't over complicate things.
2. Let it happen - Stop getting in your own way. Life is in a continual state of flow, allow things to naturally unfold exactly the way they are meant to.
3. Be yourself - you can't be anyone else. You are divinely perfect, and are playing an integral part in this time/space continuum.
I would also add, be happy, however, if you are being yourself, you are naturally happy because happiness is the true nature of your self.
Oh and, one more thing, enjoy all the chocolate 🍫🍫🍫

Being a positive individual does not mean that we have to look at the things in our life that we don't like and try to feel positive about them. Although it is possible, with enough willpower, to look at any thing, situation, or idea, in a positive light- even in the darkest of times- it is far more effective to redirect our energy towards that which we do like, that which feels good.
It can be very basic, such as looking at a pretty flower and thinking about how lovely it is, or something less tangible, such as thinking on an idea that excites us and lifts our mood, even if it isn't physically 'real'. Anything that helps pull us away from the negative thoughts will do.
It is also highly beneficial to quieten the mind, slow down the mental thought stream. We may not be able to stop the thoughts completely- although it is possible for moments and worth persisting with- however the less we give these unwanted thoughts our focus and attention, the less power they hold over us. This allows us to take back control, and balance ourself in a position of positivity, or at least neutrality.
If one is really struggling, and cannot feel good about anything, nor quieten the mind, then stop. Drop everything completely, rest, take a nap, do anything to distract oneself for a while- provided it does not cause one physical or mental harm- and just be. In most cases, one needs to relax, and in doing so this will help reset both the body and mind ❤️

Goodbye 2021 💫
I don’t make New Years resolutions, the rigidity doesn’t suit my free flowing creative nature, however I do like to set my intentions for the coming year, and so can you..
This means asking yourself what it is that you truly desire.. maybe it is a change of career, to visit a particular place, be in a happy loving relationship, have more money, to develop certain hobbies/passions, etc etc..
Or perhaps you are desiring something a little more intangible.. to feel a certain way.. happy, excited, motivated, passionate, peaceful, loved..
Whatever it is that you desire, intend it for yourself. Write it down on a slip of paper and keep this near to you as a constant reminder. Every time you are faced with a decision in life- and before you do anything- look back at your note and ask yourself- is this in line with what I have intended for myself.. with what I truly desire? If yes, great, if no, there may be another action you can take, or even no action at all.. sometimes the quickest way to further our progression as individuals is to in fact, take no action. Be still, be silent, allow the inner voice to be heard and follow your internal guidance system.. you cannot possibly make a wrong turn with this process.
For me the year of 2021 has been about no action.. after years of pushing and forcing my way though life to the point of exhaustion, I am now learning to allow things to naturally unfold for me.. let go, relax, enjoy life.. something I don’t feel I have ever been able to truly do.
I am looking forward to seeing you, 2022 ❤️

Unconditional self love does not mean we have to ‘like’ all parts of ourself.. it simply means accepting and embracing all that we consider to be ourself- mind, body, and soul- as a beautifully unique individual, who is an integral part of a much vaster and infinite whole ❤️

Welcoming in Autumn 🍂
Shifting seasons always bring change and new opportunities but for me this is a period of winding down, preparation, clearing out of the old..
I worked myself harder than ever last year, not forgetting the past 8 years, and if I’m completely honest my entire life has been a lot of ‘hard work’.. yes I am incredibly proud of what I have built, however this summer I decided to go even deeper into my spiritual practice, doing a lot of inner work and contemplation about life..
The answer I received out of it all was simply, stop.
This is why I made the decisions I have as of late, because after a long time of ignoring the calls, I did what my intuitive voice told me to do.. no more forcing, trying so hard, willing things to happen.. just be and let it in, tune back into myself, let life flow.
It doesn’t mean this is the end.. for me it is actually the beginning. The start of a new era, the rise of the dawn, and truth be told, I couldn’t be more ready for it ✨

Most of us are walking around in a fog, a mental haze, unable to see ourselves as we really are. Clouded by thoughts, feelings, and emotions, we label everything according to our own belief system and what we have been taught by others.. assuming all this is who we are.
But beyond the stormy sea of mental activity, the clouds of the mind, lies the calm and clear sky.. ever present, still, and changeless.
It is only when we we strip ourself of all that we are not, that we finally discover who we truly are.. and it is in that silent stillness where our true power lies ❤️

Time ✨
Before attempting to make any change in our external world, we must first change it in our internal world.
Many, along the path of self development, become discouraged because nothing ‘appears’ to be changing. We get tired, anxious, and doubtful, that our goals, dreams, and desires will never come.
There is always a time lag between the ‘mental’ and the ‘physical’ -and- furthermore, it is often at this moment of defeat, the breaking point, that we are in fact on the cusp of something truly incredible.
Determination and persistence are the qualities that will push us through these mental blockages. The gold mine we are searching for, lies only beyond the fears we have.
Do not be fooled by adverse appearances. See them as your advantage. See them as what will carry you forward into the land of infinite possibilities.
Stay focused, stay faithful.
Those who are patient will be rewarded openly ❤️
