Not a Knifemaking post. I have other hobbies as well. Hard to believe I hunted with this Savage 110 .30-06 in the 80’s. Dad bought it in 1985. I just gave it some upgrades to keep it going for more years to come. I’ve kept the original stock for memories. This rifle use to cost $110 when it first came out, thus the “110” model number.

Hi guys. Some clarification on my Survival Bowie Knives. The Survival Bowie is made with a 5" blade and is approx 5mm thick. There are two handle versions I've made: 1) straight handle, 2). Coffin handle. I've made variations as well based on customer requests (clip point mod, longer blade, grind, custom sheath, etc.). Two photos below of two versions. Thanks for visiting!

This is another variant of my rustic Survival Bowie for a customer. Handcrafted in 1095 carbon steel / 5.5" blade / 5mm thick / 10.25" overall length / Mesquite coffin handles with copper rivets / strike pommel / lanyard / leather 45 degree draw sheath with brown sheath and black belt loops. She's a stout blade!

Finished this Survival Bowie knife. 1095 carbon steel, 5" blade, high saber grind, modified clip point with false edge, 5mm thick, custom jimping, full-tang, strike pommel. Honey Mesquite wood scales with brass rods and lanyard. Handcrafted leather sheath in dark brown. A stout knife yet easy to EDC. Proudly made in El Paso, Texas. Let me know what you think!

Finished this 6" Woodsman knife in 80CRV2 for a customer. 1/8" thick. 11.25" overall length. Curly Maple scales mounted with brass rods and lanyard. Spine is 90 degrees. Hand stitched Veg-tan leather sheath in dark brown. Good way to end the week.
