Hello, Ding here. I live in the beautiful state of Washington. I work for an IT company during the day, and a hobby woodworker/DIY'er by night/weekend. My interest in woodworking first began when I enrolled in a shop class in middle school (Thank you Mr. Woosley!).

大家好！我是老螺！我居住在美国西北部的华盛顿州。白天是一名IT公司员工，晚上和周末做一些木工或DIY 项目。我对木工的兴趣起源于初二的时候上了一学期的木工课。

我很享受把木头变成自己设计的那个过程。爱好除外，DIY也是我的一个省钱和保质量的途径。美国的实木家具和装修的人工都很贵。与其付钱让别人干活，不如把钱花在工具和材料上。自己选材，自己动手，既可以做出自己设计的成品，也可以保证质量！
