What is the 'repeat hire rate' on freelancer.com?
Repeated hire rate is the rate which measures how much the same employer gives you a project compared to your total employers.
For example if you have done 10 projects and out of which two were from 1 employer
Repeat hire rate = 1/10 * 100 = 10%

My last post for this year. As much as I love everyone and everything in my life, I would love to share this message as well....

1- You are born unique and that's enough luck for lifetime.
2- Stop responding to negativity and other unnecessary stuff. Your time is precious.
3- You already know what you love to be. Don't waste another year (2021) in undefined fears. Plan it, set milestones and make it happen.
4- Keep your focus and determination, and no one can beat you. The mouths will never be shut.
5- Dress well, eat healthy, travel to explore. Invest in yourself as this is one time trip with no u-turn.
6- Don't wait to appreciate others' efforts to make your time (A minute, an hour, a day, a month, or entire year) most amazing of your life.

Be forgotten or be remembered. Choice is yours.
