I always loved cooking, especially for my Father but when he passed it all stopped. Cooking for myself seemed pointless. Until I re-discovered Visions Cookware. I tried Visions in the 90s and hated it. But I fell in love with it this time around, the beauty of it! Cooking became fun again!
I'm no chef but I love to cook! I love all sorts of cookware old and new. I love all kinds of food! I love other stuff too! Hopefully in my sharing there might be something you enjoy.

Good Monday Evening!
I've got a plan for Wendy's Chili - No Beans tomorrow. In the meantime... I'm so in love with Pickled Red Onions! Where have they been all my life! First time on a Nathan's Hot Dog and it won't be the last! Better than sauerkraut!!!!
Pickled Red Onion
1 small red onion, sliced
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
2.5 tablespoons cane sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 garlic clove, smashed lightly, peeled (optional)
1/4 teaspoon Sichuan Peppercorns (optional)
Instructions
Slice onion thin in rings. Heat the vinegar, water,
sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve. Don't boil. Pour over
the onions. Set aside to cool to room temperature, then
store the onions in the fridge.

Good Tuesday Evening!
You may know I just uploaded a Jalapeño Chicken Sandwich video. Sometimes I'll take a video down if I think I can improve it or if there is something about it that will haunt me when I rewatch it. I didn't care for my plating, the arragement of the Jalapeño bottle caps and more importantly I didn't grate enough cheese to make the sauce thicker. Bottom line was I just wasn't happy with it. And I've been struggling all day about whether I should re-do it or do something else. My brain hurts over food I tell ya! Anyways, A BIG THANK YOU! for all your comments ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Happy 4th of July!
I hope everyone is having a great 4th and keeping as cool as possible during The END OF TIMES! Too soon? 😁
I'm afraid there will be no Tombstone Saturday this Holday weekend. I made one. Filmed it. It tasted great. But I made a mistake with the cheese and wasn't happy with how it looked so... 😥
That said I do have some goodies coming. Two small-ish items hopefully arriving unbroken Monday and a biggie (below) that is awaiting shipment. Very exciting!
May all you cookware wishes be bright! and shiny! and if not a dab of Mothers Mag will polish it right up! 😀

Brooklyn Cured New York Style Hot Dogs
I am at a bit of a loss. In my initial review video

The tasting started off good, then got worse as I continued eating. To the point that I struggled finishing the second dog. I posted that I would try them again yesterday for fairness and aside from the fact that the skin was tough to bite through, casing, I thought they tasted good! Why? Was I not prepared for a dog with such good ingredients, that it tasted funny the first time? I even had another while making the Spider-Noir video.
That's a lot of dogs in two days! What I'm going to do is rename the first video Part One. Then next week I'll redo the review with Part Two and a new package so that's $19.98 worth of Brooklyn Cured New York Style Hot Dogs! To be continued...

Phantom Lawyer K Drama on Netflix
This may be my first K Drama post here in community. I love K Dramas! Some of my videos have been influenced by them.
I've been watching Phantom Lawyer. A young lawyer opens an office where a Shaman used to practice. Long story short, the ML (Male Lead) becomes possessed by various ghosts from young to old, male or female, while at the same time trying to solve what happened to them. It's suspenseful. It's sweet. Yoo Yeon-seok who plays Shin Yi-rang the lawyer is wonderful in the role! Full of heart!
Episode 8 had me in tears! Several of them actually. Episode 12 however has me worried! SPOILER ALERT!
He seemingly dies in episode 12 while saving a young boy from an evil police officer! Today is episode 13. HE BETTER NOT DIE! HOW CAN HE DIE! HE'S THE MALE LEAD!!!
I absolutely love this series but if they actually kill him off I'm out! Just say'n! 😭
