يكتشف المراقب ان الساعات ال 24 التي يتكون منها اليوم لا تكفي لمتابعة الاحداث التي تجري في كل من السعودية والامارات، الى درجة لا يمكن احصاء الفعاليات التي يستضيفوها، وجمعيها تندرج في بلورة شكل النظام العالمي الجديد، والاستثمار في اقتصاد المعرفة كونهما القوتان الاقتصاديتان الصاعدتان ليس في منطقة الخليج العربي والشرق الاوسط وانما في العالم ، فالمملكة التي انجزت وخلال اشهر قليلة العديد من القمم ذوات البعد العالمي في حال الجانب السعودي استضافت الرياض القمم العربية الصينية والخليجية الصينية والسعودية لتنجز الاتفاق التاريخي نحو المستقبل مع ايران في بكين، فاستدعى ان تقوم مجموعة البريكس بدعوة كل من السعودية والامارات للانضمام الى المجموعة ، كأركان اساسية في بناء النظام العالمي الجديد على كافة الصعد وهنا لاننسى تصدر الامير محمد بن سلمان قمة رسم النظام المالي الجديد في باريس وصولا الى قمة مجموعة العشرين في الهند والاعلان عن انشاء خط السكك الحديد كممر اقتصادي من الهند في الشرق الى أقاصي اوروبا في الغرب، وشكر الرئيس جو بايدن للشيخ محمد بن زايد على دوره في انجاز الممر بالتوافق والتنسيق مع الامير محمد بن سلمان، الذي اطل علينا بمقابلة مع فوكس نيوز ليرسم خارطة طريق لبناء المستقبل،اما على الجانب الاماراتي وفي خطوات تكاملية كانت الامارات ارسلت اول رائد فضاء الى محطة الوكالة الدولية وتحقيقه الانجاز لامارات والعرب ووضع البصمة العربية الاماراتية على التجارب التي ستغير الكثير لصالح البشرية، كما اطلقت مجلس الجينوم ، وتجهز وتقدم الحلول لمواجهة التغير المناخي في كوب 28 الذي تستضيفه نهاية الشهر المقبل في دبي وتحديدا في مدينة اكسبو 2020، ولم تهدأ حركة المحمدين في توفير الدعم والاغاثة لمنكوبي الزلزال السوري التركي والمغربي وفيضانات درنة وقبل ذلك دورهما الانسان في اليمن والسودان لوقف الاقتتال الاخوي في كلامهما، وها هما يردان بالفعل لا القول على متانة علاقتهما رغم فحيح المرتزقة المدعية ممارسة الاعلام ان شرخا عاموديا شق التحالف بينهما فكان الحضور اللافت لجهة حفاوة استقبال الامير محمد بن سلمان لأخيه الشيخ محمد بن زايد والوفد المرافق على ارض المطار فتحولا الى نجما قمة رابطة دول جنوب شرق آسيا المعروفة اختصارا باسم آسيان في السعودية ، علما ان آسيان هو اتحاد سياسي واقتصادي بين 10 دول أعضاء في جنوب شرق آسيا، يهدف الى تعزيز التعاون الحكومي الدولي وتسهيل التكامل الاقتصادي والسياسي والأمني والعسكري والتعليمي والاجتماعي والثقافي بين أعضائه ودول منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ.
فهنيئاً للعرب بالمحمدين وقيادتهما الرشيدة والاستشرافية ليس للمنطقة وانما للعالم.
ولمن لازال لديه خلط ولغط حول موقف السعودية حيال ما يجري في غزة اكد الامير محمد بن سلمان على ثبات موقف الرياض بتوقيف كل الاجرام بحق المدنيين العزل في غزة . وان الحل في قيام دولة فلسطينية ذات سيادة، ويبقى امر لا بد التوقف عنده ويتمثل في حديث وزير الطاقة السعودي الأمير عبد العزيز بن سلمان الذي قال فيه ان المساحة كبيرة لتعزيز المواءمة بين رؤية المملكة2030 ومبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية، وهذا يؤكد بأن السعودية هي حجر الزاوية في نهوض العالم.

The United Arab Emirates president led mediation efforts that secured the release of U.S. basketball star Brittney Griner in exchange for the release of Victor Bowt , the arms dealer known as The “merchant of death who has been held in an American prison for 12 years,boot was an officer in the former Soviet Air Force and worked with the Russian intelligence “K. GB."


Griner was arrested in mid-February when she arrived to play for a Russian team after the end of the Women's National Basketball Association season. Griner was sentenced to nine years in August for possessing electronic cigarette packets with a small amount of cannabis oil at Moscow airport. Graner pleaded guilty to the charges against her but confirmed that she did not intend to break the law or use the banned substance in Russia and that she had obtained permission from an American doctor to use medical cannabis oil to relieve pain due to her many injuries.

a high-ranking Gulf source familiar with the details of the exchange told Al-Monitor that the exchange took place at an Emirati air base at 5:00 pm Abu Dhabi time (8:00 am Eastern time). A US official confirmed the Emirati role in the exchange, saying, "Within the last 48 hours, with all of this coming together, Brittney [Griner] was transferred from the penal colony, where she was being held, to Moscow. This morning, she was brought in." To the United Arab Emirates, where she met US officials. The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed is leading the mediation. The statement confirmed that after her release by Russia, Abu Dhabi received Graner on Thursday on a private plane from Moscow. Another plane arrived from the United States to the UAE carrying Russian citizen Viktor Bowt. the arms dealer who was convicted in the United States.

President Biden thanked the UAE, which played a central role in the success of the exchange deal launched several months ago, and passed through obstacles. Some observers thought that those talks failed as a result of the strained Russian-American relations due to the war in Ukraine, but they forgot that the Emirati negotiator is patient and wise.

And this success paves the way for the the dialogue between Russia and Ukraine to end the war in Ukraine. With the diplomatic victories and achievements, everyone remembers the role played by the UAE and its leadership, in securing the safe humanitarian transit that the UAE provided with the exit of the United States from Afghanistan and the Taliban’s assumption of power


The success of Emirati diplomacy in completing the process of exchange and the American thanks expressed by US President Joe Biden is an affirmation of the centrality of the UAE's role in the international and global political arena and its ability to reduce tension between the conflicting forces, and clear evidence of the depth of the Emirati-American and even Russian relations.
