2 months in the making but I'm officially a 🇲🇽 Mexican resident!

Mexico temporary residency ✅
Drivers license ✅
RFC/Tax ID ✅
Bank accounts ✅
Credit cards ✅

Mexico can now officially be my 2nd home PLUS the residency counts towards citizenship in 5 years 🎉

The 5 year time frame can be shortened by:

- marrying a Mexican citizen
- giving birth to a child in Mexico
- having family ties in Mexico

Mexico's passport has a mobility score of 152

✅ 98 countries visa free
✅ 48 visa on arrival
✅ 6 ETA

Physical presence is not required until 18 months prior to the citizenship application.

Spanish & MX history knowledge is required but you also have 5 years to prepare lol.

Cost of living is low and food is cheap.

Contrary to the media, many cities are safe and walkable.

Highly recommend.

If you and your friends/family all work online and want to relocate abroad, you can apply for the Barbados Welcome Stamp visa.

Only one person has to meet the requirement. That person will be the main applicant. Everyone else can be added to the visa; spouse,family, friends, relatives, etc. Employees are allowed

I've been living in Barbados with my sister since 2022 on this visa

It gives you 1 year in Barbados and can be renewed yearly.

You can plan your japa to anywhere from the beach

Income requirement : $50k/yr or $4200/mo
