We also recently bought a barndominium on 10 acres, so we are still trying to figure all that out.
Just bought a Kubota Tractor, CanAm Defender SXS. Just built a greenhouse out of old Windows and doors. Just built a BBQ Shack. Starting to work on fencing. I've also got a lot of land clearing projects coming up soon. Just waiting on the weather to cool down a bit.
I do a lot of DIY stuff. Woodworking, fixing stuff, making stuff. Whatever. I like being outside doing stuff.
If it is broke, we'll try to fix it. If it ain't broke, we'll likely break it.
I love to do One Day Projects. But, ironically, they take me about Two Months.

If you live in Texas, you are likely familiar with HEB's Brisket Queso. It comes ready to stick in the oven. It is awesome. But it is like $13 for a pretty small container. We had some leftover brisket in the freezer from last time I smoked a brisket. Here's the before and after. Would you guys be interested in seeing some recipes on this channel? I think the taste was better than HEB to be honest. We had a little stringiness with the cheese, but we likely just need to pick different cheese next time.

In a recent video I was at the back of the house. While editing I could see how dirty the house looked. So we spent some time getting everything cleaned up a bit. If you live in a metal building, how often do you have to wash the outside to keep is looking nice. We moved out here in early '21 and this is the first time we've needed too. Although it looks like it should have been done sooner.

Worked on the BBQ Shack over the weekend. Worked on the upper part of the wall. Next step is to build the swing out window that will go between the lower and upper wall segments. Video coming soon!

Just remembering the time we saw the Blue Man Group live. It was in Grand Prairie. Part of a two-night concert. It was also when they recorded their DVD "The Complex". Not sure which night we went to anymore. And not sure which night most of the footage came from. Anyway. It is funny to me, how bad the photos look. But we didn't carry around a $1000 camera in our pocket (which can also make phone calls) ...
