Email marketing is a HUGE part of making sales on Faire. When people come to us asking why they aren't making any sales, 9 times out of 10 it's because they aren't contacting any customers.
Founding story! This is where Bare Kind originally came from - I had other products aside from socks! Socks came later and were what I eventually quit my job for.
I started Bare Kind in 2018 whilst working for HSBC. I dabbled in a few different products including these tote bags before landing on socks. I quit my job at the end of 2020.
Fast forward to 2025 and Andy and I run two businesses together - the sock business and also Candid Founders agency. If you're on this channel you'll have seen more of Candid Founders than Bare Kind possibly, but Bare Kind made the agency possible!
I had no plan, but it was calculated risk, big ideas and pivoting at the right time that got me this far, think that's what being an entrepreneur means!
